Care & cleaning.

Every device we stock is rinse-clean and rechargeable. Most things we tried and rejected failed on exactly this — they were awkward to clean, so we stopped reaching for them. Tide is the one exception: water-based, fragrance-free, 100 ml, and not a device.

After each use

Warm water and a plain unscented soap, then air-dry fully before putting anything away. Don't use alcohol or anything abrasive.

Charging (the devices)

Charge over USB-C. Let a piece dry completely before it goes near the charging port.

Storage

Dry, out of direct sunlight, and not touching other pieces. The box it arrived in works well for this.

What we won't stock

Nothing porous, nothing we can't get a straight answer about, and nothing we wouldn't use ourselves. If we can't confirm what a piece is made of, it doesn't get a page here.
