Legal
Privacy.
This notice is under legal review. It describes what we actually do with your data today; the wording may change once our lawyer has been through it.
We keep as little as we can, and we don't sell any of it or use it for advertising.
What we collect
If you pay by PayNow, we collect your name, delivery address, unit number, postal code, email, and phone number — the details needed to ship the parcel and tell you it's coming.
If you pay by card, Stripe collects your payment details on its own hosted page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe passes us your email, delivery address, and phone number so we can fulfil the order — couriers need a contact number.
Where it lives
Orders are stored in our database, hosted by Neon. Confirmation email is sent through Resend. Accounts and sign-in are handled by Clerk, which stores your account email, password credentials, and sign-in session data on our behalf. Card payments are processed by Stripe. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which runs our servers and keeps its own request logs. Every page also runs a bot check from BotID, which sees every visitor, not just people who buy — it's what keeps automated scripts out of checkout. Each of those providers only receives what it needs to do its part.
What we use it for
- Shipping your order and confirming it by email.
- Matching a PayNow transfer to your order using its reference.
- Answering you if you write to us.
We don't send marketing email. Creating an account is optional — guest checkout works exactly the same. If you do create one, signing in shows you the orders placed with any of your verified email addresses, including guest orders from before the account existed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your order is complete and any return window has passed. Email us and we'll do it.
Discretion
Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what's inside, and we don't put product names on the shipping label.
