Terms of sale.

These terms are under legal review. They describe how we intend to trade; the wording may change once our lawyer has been through it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we accept it and take payment — for PayNow, when we've matched your transfer. If we can't fulfil an order we'll refund it in full and tell you why.

Prices

All prices are in Singapore dollars and include any applicable tax. Delivery is free within Singapore. We may change prices, but never after you've paid.

Delivery

Free next-day delivery within Singapore for orders placed before 3pm on a weekday; later orders ship the next working day. See Delivery.

Returns

Sealed and unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened items can't be returned, for hygiene reasons. Faulty or transit-damaged items are replaced or refunded. See Returns.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy from us.

Our responsibility

Use everything we sell as directed. We're responsible for supplying goods that match how we've described them; we're not responsible for misuse. Nothing here limits rights you have under Singapore consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
